Sustainability
Keep St. Charles Green!
Take a look at the efforts made to help make the 2024 St. Charles Fine Art Show a more environmentally responsible event, and in turn creating a more sustainable future for all of us!
Sustainable Education
Not sure on what you can or can't recycle? Not to worry - Clarke Zero Waste Ambassadors will be onsite helping attendees with what is recyclable and what is not, as well as educating and inspiring others to adopt sustainable practices in their daily lives.
Ditch the Plastic
At the St. Charles Fine Art Show, grab a Responsibly Rain aluminum water bottle sponsored by Theriault Booth LLC. Attorneys at Law. These water bottles are BPA free and made in the USA, making it an eco-friendlier option as aluminum is 100% recyclable. In fact, it's estimated that nearly 75% of all aluminum produced is still in use today.
Did you know: Aluminum is more thermally conductive than plastic, making it the better option if you want your drink to get cold fast!
Refresh Sustainably
Thanks to Culligan Water, they will provide two water stations where patrons can go in to refill their aluminum water bottles.
Responsible Paper
All the paper products at the St. Charles Fine Art Show are printed by West Valley Graphics. West Valley Graphics uses 10% recyclable paper, and is FSC certified. They've also invested in eco-friendly printers, and they use local resources to minimize on shipping cartons and CO2.
An FSC Certification ensures that products come from responsibly managed forests that provide environmental, social and economic benefits.
Recycling Made Easy
With the help of Lakeshore Recycling Systems, there will be designated Recycling Bins onsite at the St. Charles Fine Art Show, making it easy to dispose of recyclable materials properly.
